The delivery company received it in SFO, and was reluctant to deliver it to me right away \u2014 they wanted to wait an extra week or so because I was \u201con the edge of their delivery area\u201d. I complained\u2026and they rescheduled things and delivered it the next day. I didn\u2019t want my fragile boat parts sitting in a warehouse for a week with the possibility of getting damaged.<\/p>\n<p>The kit arrived fine! The delivery guy almost forgot the second package. He dropped me off the big package and we started chatting a bit about my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.corbinstreehouse.com\/blog\/plug-bug\/\">electric VW bug<\/a>. I walked into my garage, not realizing there were two packages, and was taking a look at the delivery list. It said two items\u2026so I ran out to the guy\u2019s truck; luckily he was still idling in my driveway and hadn\u2019t driven away yet! He apologized, and quickly grabbed the smaller second package that contained my epoxy.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Here is the kit as it comes:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" title=\"IMG_7702.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.corbinstreehouse.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/IMG_7702.jpg\" alt=\"IMG 7702\" width=\"600\" height=\"800\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>To build a 16\u2019 kayak means I need at least 16\u2019 length of space in the garage.
