It went together pretty well!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"IMG_4555.JPG\" src=\"http:\/\/www.corbinstreehouse.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_4555.jpg\" alt=\"IMG 4555\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Front door glue up didn\u2019t go quite as well; I had some alignment issues. I forgot that the last time I made glued together doors I had made a right angle jig to clamp them too. This had allowed me to get everything aligned and clamped straight. The main problem I had here was I had flipped one board, so I had to pound it off and put it back on right \u2014 all while the glue was starting to set.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"IMG_4557.JPG\" src=\"http:\/\/www.corbinstreehouse.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_4557.jpg\" alt=\"IMG 4557\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The drawer fronts are a solid piece of maple with a groove cut in with the router table:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"IMG_4558.JPG\" src=\"http:\/\/www.corbinstreehouse.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_4558.jpg\" alt=\"IMG 4558\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Next step is to make the drawers. I milled the wood to ?\u201d and then used my jig to cut some half blind dovetails:<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"IMG_4569.JPG\" src=\"http:\/\/www.corbinstreehouse.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/IMG_4569.jpg\" alt=\"IMG 4569\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Next I\u2019ll run a \u00bd\u201d bottom groove for the drawer bottom. Then some sanding and glue up.
